Zenit Yoga AS is one of Central Norway's largest and oldest yoga centers, established in the early 1990s. The center offers a diverse selection of yoga classes and Pilates classes, adapted to all levels. With a weekly schedule that includes various courses and workshops, Zenit Yoga addresses the needs of modern people for both physical and mental well-being.
The center focuses on creating an atmosphere characterized by strength, flexibility, energy and peace. In addition to the regular classes, Zenit Yoga arranges teacher training and specialized courses, which gives participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in the many aspects of yoga.
