Investinor is an investment company that focuses on supporting promising Norwegian companies with the goal of making them world leaders. The company manages capital of 6.7 billion kroner and has invested over one billion kroner in 32 private venture funds. Through its work, Investinor provides access to capital, expertise and networks for almost 600 Norwegian companies, and works closely with entrepreneurs, contractors and co-investors.
The company has a particular focus on sustainable investments and works to contribute to diversity and growth within Norwegian venture. Investinor has also registered signs of improvement in early-stage investments after a period of demanding market conditions. In addition to direct investments in companies, Investinor can invest in seed and venture funds, and offer matching investments together with private investors. The company has management responsibility for Såkorninvest-Midt Norge AS and the Koinvesteringsfondet i Nord Norge, and manages the state's interests in the seed fund and pre-seed scheme.
