SINTEF Apartments was established in the late 1950s with the primary purpose of building, managing and operating housing. The complex offers services specially designed for academic staff at NTNU and SINTEF, and is open to staff at SINTEF as well as PhD students and fellows from NTNU.
The homes are located in the Moholt and Nardo areas, which give the residents access to a varied local environment. SINTEF Apartments collaborates with Norway's largest university and Scandinavia's largest research organisation, which underlines the complex's role in supporting the research and education environment in Trondheim.
