Payment for services is made exclusively by debit card or via BankAxept. It is not possible to use the giro scheme for payment of consultations.
For patients who need taxi transportation, this must be approved by the referring doctor. It is also important to note that a fee will be charged for no-shows, and cancellation of the consultation must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Invoices for "no-show" consultations are sent by Convene AS.
