Dyrebeskyttelsen Norge Sør-Trøndelag (DNST) is a non-profit organization that has worked for animal rights and welfare since 1859. As part of the nationwide Dyrebeskyttelsen Norge, DNST has 28 local branches and is run entirely on a voluntary basis.
