Los Tacos Trondheim is part of a Mexican-American restaurant concept founded by Brian Kovary in 2015. The concept originated after Kovary visited Norway in 2012 and discovered an interest in tacos, despite the lack of restaurants offering this type of food. The first restaurant opened in Bergen, and since then Los Tacos has expanded to several cities with a total of 14 restaurants and 5 food trucks.
