Fellesforbundet ward 12 has its origins in Trondheim and organizes members from several different industries, including industry, the car industry, the construction industry, aquaculture, nature management, agriculture, the wood processing industry and graphic industries. The department focuses on safeguarding the interests of its members through collective negotiations and support schemes.
The department also offers support to labor market enterprises (AMB) and permanently arranged work (VTA), which helps to promote employment and inclusion in working life. In addition, Fellesforbundet department 12 has a local course stipend of NOK 300 per day for members who attend courses organized by AOF, which can contribute to skills development and professional development. In particular, the department has a strong connection to members within construction and the construction industry in Sør-Trøndelag, with the exception of Trondheim.
