The amplifier committee is a student union in Trondheim that is responsible for all sound engineering at the Studentersamfundet. The committee offers sound technical support during various events, including concerts, theater performances and comedy shows. With a focus on quality, sound tests are carried out to ensure an optimal sound experience for both artists and the audience.
In addition to technical support, the Amplifier Committee offers training in audio engineering for newcomers, giving students the opportunity to develop skills in this field. The committee collaborates with 20-30 active officials, and creates an informal and inclusive atmosphere where the members can meet both well-known and unknown artists. With access to all parts of the building, committee members can explore and learn about the various aspects of sound production.
