Risvollan Cooperative Housing is Norway’s largest housing cooperative, with a total of 1,128 apartments. The housing cooperative is centrally located approximately 5 kilometers from the center of Trondheim, which gives residents easy access to the city’s amenities. The area is also known for its proximity to Estenstadmarka, a popular hiking area that attracts both local residents and visitors.
The housing cooperative is divided into eight residential areas, and there are good public transportation options with five bus stops nearby.
