Tonstad housing association was founded on 11 July 1978 and consists of 144 housing units spread over seven acres. The housing association is located in Trondheim and offers residents close proximity to various facilities such as schools, kindergartens, grocery stores, bus connections and shopping centers. Emphasis is placed on creating a good living environment and promoting cooperation between the residents, which contributes to a pleasant local environment.
