Trondheim Vocational School offers a diverse range of vocational studies, with a focus on health, technology and food science. The school uses simulation as a pedagogical method to enhance the learning experience, giving students practical experience in a safe environment. To ensure the quality of the education, the school has achieved subject area accreditation, and great emphasis is placed on pedagogical competence among teaching staff.
In collaboration with Nord University, Trondheim Vocational School is working to further strengthen the educational offer. The school has an active student community, characterized by line associations and student councils that contribute to an inclusive community. In addition, study start activities are arranged to help new students integrate into the environment, as well as visits from the business community to make contacts and provide insight into the labor market.
