Trondheim TaeKwon-Do Club - Lade is Norway's largest martial arts club with over 1600 members. The club has its main center in Lade, but also offers training at several locations in Trondheim, including Byåsen, Flatåsen, Hoeggen, Nardo, Vikåsen, Eberg, Heimdal and Sverresborg. With around 70 active instructors, the club focuses on providing personal follow-up to its members, so that everyone has the opportunity to thrive and develop within Taekwon-Do.
The club offers training for all age groups, including seniors from 60 years and up. In addition to regular training, Trondheim TaeKwon-Do Club organizes summer camps in Surnadal and autumn holiday training for its members. The club also participates in international championships, such as the World Championship in Croatia, and organizes the Mid-Norwegian Championship, which is open to everyone from 13 years of age with a minimum yellow belt. Quality, safety and ethics are emphasized in all training.
