Singsaker Students Home is a historic student residence in Trondheim that offers full board and lodging for students. It has 106 dormitories, each equipped with a sink, mirror, lockers, shelves and internet. Residents have access to communal meals served daily, and the common areas are cleaned 2-3 times a week to maintain a good living environment.
Residents contribute approximately 48 hours of work per semester, which is part of the community experience. In addition to the housing offer, there are opportunities to rent out premises for parties and overnight stays. Singsaker Students Home also has a 24-hour reception service that provides residents with security and support.
As part of its offer, Singsaker Students Home produces handmade beeswax candles, which are delivered to churches, shops and private individuals in Trondheim. These candles can also be delivered directly to the door. This contributes to a unique atmosphere and gives residents the opportunity to participate in a traditional craft process.
