The Adolf Øiens Fond is a foundation based in Trondheim, established in 1918. The aim of the fund is to contribute to the development of the city through financial support for various projects. Since its inception, the fund has distributed NOK 450 million in total capital, of which NOK 280 million has gone to good causes. This includes grants to the NTNU Business School and related projects, as well as support for entrepreneurs and innovative initiatives.
The fund also focuses on improving the living conditions for the elderly, and has thus contributed to several projects aimed at this group. In addition, Adolf Øiens Fond has awarded start-up grants to 33 recipients and 516 travel grants, which shows the fund's commitment to value creation and support for individuals and projects that can have a positive impact on society.
