Løkkan Frivilligsentral is a voluntary organization that serves Trondhjems Hospital and the surrounding area. The aim of the center is to promote community and voluntary work, and offers a varied program of activities for different interests and needs. Among the activities on offer, you will find sit-down dancing, a language café and knit-in-teams, which provide opportunities for socializing and learning.
Sitting dance is led by Margaret every Monday, and is adapted to participants who want an activity with less physical strain. The language cafe is an arena for those who want to learn Norwegian, and gives participants the opportunity to practice the language in an informal setting. Every Tuesday, knitting enthusiasts gather for knit-in-teams, where you can share experiences and work on your own projects. The Løkkan Volunteer Center is open Monday to Friday and offers an inclusive environment for anyone who wants to participate.
