NORSTEC, or Norwegian Space Technology Collective, is a non-profit organization that acts as a collaborative hub for space student organizations in Norway. The organization aims to promote innovation in space technology by providing resources, networking opportunities and support for growth. Through various initiatives, NORSTEC facilitates collaboration between students and professionals in the industry.
One of the central activities of NORSTEC is the NORSTEC Summit, a conference that brings together students and industry professionals to share knowledge and experience. The organization also supports the establishment of new student organizations through the Northstar Incubator, as well as facilitates rideshare opportunities for student satellites. Furthermore, NORSTEC provides launch opportunities for student rockets via the Skyline Launchpad. In addition, they produce Spacepodden, a podcast focusing on space technology and exploration.
