Ålesund School of Music and Culture offers a varied range of teaching in dance, music, theater and visual arts. The school aims to give students of all ages the opportunity to develop their creative skills and artistic expression. Through a wide range of courses and activities, the school facilitates both beginners and more experienced athletes.
In addition to teaching, the cultural school is responsible for the production and dissemination of concerts, performances and exhibitions. This includes collaboration with both amateurs and professional artists, such as the Ålesund String Quartet. The school thus functions as an important arena for cultural development and cooperation in the local community.
