The restaurant combines classic Edomae sushi with modern Nikkei cuisine, creating a unique culinary experience. Serving takes place in a hidden, private room with space for just six guests, creating an exclusive atmosphere.
Led by a master chef with over 20 years of international experience, the kitchen focuses on a carefully curated dining experience with an emphasis on flavor, texture, and presentation. Inspired by renowned restaurants such as Nobu and Chotto Matte, Kakure combines Japanese precision with creativity, aiming to make authentic, high-quality sushi accessible to all.
