Dyrebeskyttelsen Bergen is an animal protection organization that focuses on rehoming cats and small animals. The organization offers a remote adoption program that allows you to follow the unique stories of the animals in their care. In addition, they collaborate with Bergen Katteklinikk to ensure good health and well-being for the animals.
There are also opportunities for individuals to become foster homes for animals, which helps to provide them with a temporary home before they find their permanent owners. Volunteers can participate in the organization's work, and it is possible to become a member to support the animals' cause. Dyrebeskyttelsen Bergen also has support schemes such as grassroots participation and donations. The organization plans to move to new premises after being in Jekteviken for 22 years.
