The Bergen Housing Management Agency provides services related to housing management, with a focus on providing residents with information about housing and tenancy. The agency acts as a resource for residents with housing-related questions, and works to ensure that the information is accessible and user-friendly.
In addition to handling individual housing issues, the agency collaborates with other public agencies to develop a comprehensive housing policy. This collaboration is important for addressing housing-related challenges in the municipality and for promoting sustainable housing management.
