Hordaland Football Club's main focus is to develop football talent in the region. The organization actively works to promote fair play and respect for referees, which is an important part of football culture. Through various courses, including specific courses for coaches and goalkeeper coaches, they contribute to raising the competence of those who train and supervise young players.
In addition to courses and development work, Hordaland Football Club engages young people in football activities and events, and organizes futsal tournaments for different age groups. They also offer newsletters that keep members up to date with information and news from the football community. Furthermore, they support local clubs in promotion and relegation situations, which helps to strengthen the football community in Hordaland.
