Landås Borettslag is a housing project located in Bergen. The housing association consists of several apartments and is organized as a housing cooperative. This gives residents the opportunity to own a share of the housing association, which often involves a certain degree of participation in the operation and maintenance of the property.
The housing association aims to create a good living environment for its residents. Common areas and outdoor areas are often part of the housing association's offerings, and there is an emphasis on cooperation between residents. Landås Borettslag is part of a larger urban development in Bergen, which helps shape the local community.
