Studenthuset Gade in Bergen functions as a student union and offers a number of services for students. One of the main offers is the possibility of booking a club for student events. Reservations for use of the venue are only approved for one semester at a time, and the calendar for availability is shown as booked only after approval from the House Board. To ensure safe and responsible use of the venue, organizers are required to complete a risk assessment.
