Borettslaget Tordenskjoldsgate 56 is located in Drammen and is a housing form that gives members the opportunity to own shares in homes. The housing association is organized so that the residents share responsibility for common areas and operations, which can contribute to a good living environment and cooperation between neighbors.
The homes in the housing association vary in size and design, and it is common for there to be common facilities that can be used by the residents. The housing association also has a board that is responsible for the daily operation and management of the property. This board is elected by the members and has the task of safeguarding the interests of everyone who lives in the housing association.
