Elveparken Borettslag is located in Drammen and offers housing opportunities in an organized form of cooperation between residents. The Borettslag is part of the Norwegian housing model, where members own shares in the community, which gives them the right to live in one of the units. This model promotes close community and cooperation among the residents.
The housing association aims to create a pleasant living environment, and the emphasis is on common areas and activities that can strengthen cohesion. Elveparken Borettslag may also have various facilities available to residents, such as playgrounds, parking lots or common rooms, depending on the specifications and statutes of the housing association. Residents actively participate in decision-making processes that affect their living environment, which is an important part of the housing association's operations.
