Outdoor municipal parking in Hamar offers free parking for one hour in the city center, specifically in zone 3211. Both short-term and long-term parking is available in different zones, which provides flexibility for users. In addition, there are parking garages at Østre and Vestre torg, which help to meet the need for parking spaces in the city center.
The parking is part of a larger mobility strategy that focuses on sustainable transport. This includes measures to improve the urban environment and develop the city center. It also offers an online store for digital maps and building services, which can be useful resources for both residents and visitors.
