Agder Næringspark is a modern logistics park strategically located along the E18 in Kristiansand. The area covers 1100 acres with fully regulated commercial plots, which provides good opportunities for the establishment of various types of businesses. The business park already houses several established companies that operate in innovative and modern commercial buildings.
The good location contributes to added value for the businesses in the park, and there are still several ready-to-build plots available for new players. Agder Næringspark is the result of cooperation between J.B. Ugland Eiendom, Lillesand Næringsarealer and Kristiansand Næringsselskap, who work together to develop the area and accommodate the needs of the business community.
