OKAB Agder The main goal of the Training Office for Construction and Mining Trades is to support both apprentices and training companies in the construction and mining trades. The organization offers help to become an apprentice, and has a focus on developing professionals who are needed for the labor market in Norway. Through its regional training offices, they provide guidance and support, which contributes to more effective vocational training.
In addition to helping individuals, OKAB Agder also assists companies with the administration of vocational training. They emphasize responsibility and belief in the potential of apprentices, and work to make the process of finding a suitable training company both easy and accessible. This helps to strengthen cooperation between apprentices and training companies, and promotes sustainable development within the trades.
