Rent-A-Wreck Of Scandinavia AS is a car rental chain with roots that stretch back to being the oldest and largest in the world within the rental of used cars. The company offers an affordable rental car option without compromising on safety or service. Cars offered are approved, clean and well maintained, and they come from well-known and reliable brands. The age of the cars varies, but they are regularly updated to ensure that customers get a modern and safe vehicle.
The concept behind Rent-A-Wreck is to save money for the customers, while giving access to quality cars. The name, which has a self-deprecating tone, refers to "wreckage" and highlights the uniqueness of renting used cars as a smarter alternative to new car rentals. The company also acts as a franchisor for all departments in the Nordics, which provides opportunities for entrepreneurs who want to become franchisees.
