Core Yoga offers a holistic yoga practice with the main emphasis on Hatha yoga. The teaching includes physical yoga postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation, adapted to the level of the participants. This gives both beginners and experienced practitioners the opportunity to participate and develop their practice.
In addition to traditional yoga teaching, Core Yoga focuses on tension-reducing techniques and personal follow-up. Individual therapy combining yoga with conversation is offered, as well as group therapy with a similar approach. The courses are based on classic Hatha texts and Patanjali Yoga Sutras, which gives a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy.
