Jobbstrekken™ is a physical training program established in 2001, with a focus on promoting health and productivity at workplaces in Norway. The program offers a structured approach to physical activity, where participants engage in exercises twice a week for 12 minutes. The aim is to prevent strain injuries such as stiff shoulders, mouse arm, as well as pain in the back and neck.
