The gym is located in the center of Oslo and offers a pleasant atmosphere for its members. The center has a warm pool with temperatures between 32 and 34 degrees, which provides opportunities for swimming activities. In addition to the pool offer, the Training Center has a varied training offer that includes strength training, dance and yoga, suitable for all age groups.
Membership gives access to a wide range of group lessons, as well as opportunities for personal training and training in groups. The gym also offers swimming courses for children and baby swimming. The members are connected to the Oslo Gymnastics Association, which can provide further opportunities for activity and community. Free parking is available on evenings and weekends, making it easier for members to visit the centre.
