In order to offer support and guidance to individuals, WSO has established a peer helpline. This initiative gives users of mental health care the opportunity to share experiences and receive help from people with a similar background. The organization also publishes newsletters that keep members and interested parties informed about current issues and activities. WSO works to restore humanity in mental health services, and includes perspectives from users in its work.
