Ola Narr 1 Parking is a car park that offers fixed parking spaces for rent to residents and neighbours. There is no lock-in period, and tenants can cancel the space with one month's notice. The parking facility has 16 charging spaces for electric cars as well as 69 ordinary parking spaces. In addition, there are spaces available for motorcycles and cargo bikes.
To use the car park, the parking permit must be displayed visibly in the car. This measure helps to avoid unnecessary driving around to find available places. In addition to the parking facilities, Ola Narr 1 Parking offers welfare rooms and handyman services for residents. A newsletter with updates and information is also sent out to tenants.
