Dugurd canteens are a collaboration between Lava Oslo and the canteen company Du Godeste. Lava Oslo is a restaurant group established by well-known food personalities and chefs, who have received several prestigious awards and Michelin honors. Du Godeste, founded by Astrid Roppen in 1992, started with the aim of raising the standard of canteen food in Norway, and since then has been known for its focus on homemade food and craftsmanship. The canteen also offers events such as office parties and special events.
