Colosseum Tannlege Majorstuen is one of Norway's largest private dental clinics, centrally located at Majorstuen in Oslo. The clinic has a separate department for orthodontics, where experienced orthodontists offer braces for children, young people and adults. The treatments focus on correcting misaligned teeth as well as underbites and overbites, and both invisible and traditional braces are offered.
The clinic attaches great importance to the patient's comfort and experience during the treatment. It is also possible to get emergency help for orthodontic problems. To receive treatment, a referral from the dentist is required, as Folketrygden will not grant social security reimbursement without such a referral. At the first consultation, parents must be present if the patient is under 18 years of age, and it is recommended to bring a written referral from a public dental clinic.
