Batne AS is a recruitment and staffing agency established in 2008, specializing in employment in Vestfold and Telemark. The agency focuses on connecting employers with qualified candidates, whether it concerns temporary positions, temporary engagements or permanent positions. With a local network of door openers, Batne works to ensure that both employers and job seekers find the right matches.
In the recruitment processes, Batne uses Fairsight, a tool that is intended to contribute to better results. In addition, they offer management for hire services, which give companies the opportunity to hire managers and specialists when needed. Batne is also involved in the development and design of Fjuz, which shows their interest in innovation in recruitment and staffing.
