Maki is a sushi restaurant located at Bakklandet in Trondheim. The restaurant has an informal atmosphere and places great emphasis on the use of good ingredients. The chefs have experience from both Nordic and Japanese cuisine, which is reflected in the menu.

Fresh, Norwegian ingredients such as salmon, lobster, mackerel sturgeon and scallops from Hitra are used.
