Leangen is a new district in Trondheim, developed on the site of the former Leangen racecourse. The project aims to create a diverse residential area that meets the needs of people of all ages and stages of life. The district includes ready-to-move-in apartments in the Løkka and Tunet construction phases, as well as apartments in the Kolonialen project. There are also guest rooms and party rooms available for residents.
The area is designed to be both useful and accessible, with a focus on safety and attractiveness. A number of facilities are planned, such as a grocery store, fitness center, canteen, meeting places and activity options both indoors and outdoors. In addition, a public kindergarten and a health and welfare center will be established, which will contribute to creating a vibrant and functional local environment. The district emphasizes reducing car use and promoting an environmentally friendly life, with a wide range of services in the immediate vicinity.
