Realfagsrekruttering is an organization that works to increase recruitment to MNT educations in Norway. Through various initiatives and projects, they target schools and students to promote interest in science and technology. The organization offers homework help in science and technology through the platform ENT3R, which gives students the opportunity to receive support in their studies.
Realfagsrekruttering also functions as a collaboration platform between school and the working world, where they facilitate the practical application of science. They offer resources such as films and information about science and careers in the field, as well as arranging workshops, company visits and role model visits for students. The organization also has a focus on sustainability and gender equality in society, and works to integrate these values into the education system.
