AL Nyborg housing association is a well-established housing association founded in 1962, located in Trondheim. The housing association consists of three high-rise buildings and three townhouses, which together contain 192 shares. The plot extends over approx. 26 acres and is located in scenic surroundings, which gives the residents access to a varied outdoor area that was renovated in 2018.
The housing association has a convenient location close to public transport, where the nearest bus stop is just a 1-3 minute walk away. In addition, it is a short distance to the grocery store Bunnpris Gourmet, and it only takes eight minutes to walk to Byåsen butiksenter, which is Norway's oldest shopping centre. This makes AL Nyborg housing associations an attractive choice for those who want a combination of natural beauty and accessibility to necessary facilities.
