The housing association Boxbo is a housing project located in Trondheim. As a housing association, it offers a model for joint ownership of housing, where the residents have shares in the community. This means that members have the right to live in one of the units, while at the same time participating in decision-making processes relating to the operation and maintenance of the property.
The housing association aims to create a good living environment for its residents. Emphasis is placed on cooperation and community, which often results in social activities and joint events. In addition to the homes, the housing association can have common areas and facilities that contribute to well-being and cohesion among the residents.
