Greaakerdalen Borettslag is a private housing project consisting of 110 apartments spread over one block. The Borettslag offers four different apartment sizes, which gives residents the opportunity to choose a unit that suits their needs. The common costs vary depending on the size of the apartment and include services such as caretaker, cleaning, as well as access to TV and internet.
The Borettslag has a garage with space for 52 cars, as well as options for moped parking. An elevator from the garage to the apartments makes it easy for residents to transport themselves between floors. Security is ensured through video surveillance both indoors and outdoors, as well as a fire alarm system and a video doorbell system. In addition, Greaakerdalen Borettslag has entered into an agreement with Securitas for daily checks of the common areas, which contributes to a safe living environment.
