Hannestad Terrasse is a housing cooperative in Sarpsborg that offers a number of facilities and services to its unit owners. The residents are responsible for the maintenance of their own apartments, while the housing cooperative is responsible for the common areas. Charging facilities for electric cars have also been established, which can be an advantage for those who use electric vehicles.
In addition to the practical maintenance arrangements, the residents have a right of first refusal when selling apartments, which provides a certain level of security in the housing market. The housing cooperative also offers services such as garbage disposal and fire alarm, as well as access to TV and internet. To keep the residents informed, there is a notice board with relevant information, and there is the possibility of renting garage spaces. The housing folder functions as a service booklet for the home, which can be useful for the residents in their daily lives.
