Kirppis Ålesund is part of Norway's largest circular market chain, established to promote sustainability and reuse. The store offers a platform for both buying and selling used goods, and aims to make it easy for customers to participate in the circular economy. Since its inception, Kirppis has been a registered brand, and has sold over 800,000 products.
Customers can rent different types of stands to sell their goods, with the option of registering products online. This provides a flexible solution where sellers can monitor sales from home via their customer profile. Kirppis Ålesund also has a physical store where customers can shop, which provides a combination of online and traditional shopping.
