Slettebakken is one of the stops for the Bergen light rail system, which offers transportation services to travelers in the region. The stop provides access to information about public transportation in Vestland, as well as updated information about any deviations in public transportation. To make travel planning easier, a mobile travel planner is available, and timetables and maps are available for navigation.
In addition to regular public transportation, Slettebakken offers services such as school transportation and ticket control. Travelers can also make use of lost and found services. For those who wish to purchase tickets, it is possible to do so both in advance and on board. There is also a travel guarantee and ticket refund options, as well as an AutoPASS advance agreement that provides discounts on ferries. Feedback from travelers is welcome in order to improve the services.
