Biskopshavn parish office is part of the Church of Norway and offers a wide range of services, including baptisms, confirmations, weddings and funerals. The parish office emphasizes community and offers activities for children, youth and adults. In addition, special events such as Christmas plays and confirmation days are arranged, which contributes to an active parish life.
There is also the possibility of renting premises for various events, which makes Biskopshavn a central point for gatherings in the local community. The parish work is characterized by involvement in Sami church life and cultural activities, and annual reports are prepared that provide insight into the parish's activities and development. In the event of road closures, arrangements are made for a detour to the church, which ensures accessibility for parish members.
