The Church of the Resurrection in Bergen is an evangelical congregation that aims to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. The congregation emphasizes creating an outgoing and inclusive community, where everyone is welcome. Special attention is paid to substance abusers and their families, with offers of congregational fellowship for people who have undergone rehabilitation.
In addition to the daily fellowship, the Church of the Resurrection organizes Saturday Bible School once a month from September to June. The congregation is also actively involved in local drug plans to assist drug addicts, and they organize outdoor meetings to reach out to the community. This work reflects the congregation's focus on social responsibility and fellowship.
