JANNE-GRETHE STIGEDAL GESTALTTERAPI offers Gestalt therapy with a focus on interpersonal understanding and relationships. With 17 years of experience in social work and mental health services, the therapist has a solid background that contributes to a holistic approach to therapy. The education was completed at the Norwegian Gestalt Institute University College, and the therapist also has a basic education as a social worker with specialization in substance abuse problems, leadership and mindfulness.
In addition to the therapeutic practice, JANNE-GRETHE STIGEDAL is also a course leader candidate in "First aid in case of suicide risk". The therapy is adapted to individual needs and situations, with an emphasis on insight into the interaction between the individual and the environment. This approach promotes personal growth and development, and facilitates a deeper understanding of one's own relationships and challenges.
