Sørenstuen Samtaleterapi offers services within talk therapy, psychotherapy, mindfulness and gestalt therapy. The focus is on an individual approach to each client, where the therapist emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment for conversations. This provides space to explore personal themes and challenges in a safe setting.
The therapist is a trained psychotherapist and accepts clients for individual therapy. The therapy emphasizes dialogue and interaction, where both the client's and the therapist's experiences and feelings in the conversation are explored. Sørenstuen Samtaleterapi also has a local presence in Bergen, and offers student discounts to make therapy more accessible to young adults.
